Well, it was straightforward to download and install. I didn't even need to ask for help. But, I must have misunderstood what was in the software. Thought I was getting Publisher software included also. It was in the program Microsoft 365 that I installed 2 years ago, but it isn't on this one. Now I need the instruction software because I don't know how to use it well. I'm happy anyway.

It allowed me to download and license MS Office for a reasonable price rather than the retail price. Microsoft were involved in this and completed the deal with a download and an invoice from them of zero pounds and authenticated the license! But it took me a couple of goes to find the right button to press on the MS site. For a while I was worried that it wouldn't work. maybe I just wasn't looking carefully enough at each web page.

Great product - did as promised. The only caveat, which was not mentioned in the ad, is that includes postage price, though there was no postal delivery, and tax, which at the end added over 60% to the original price.

It's Office Professional. It is pretty good office product. I am a user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. The price was cheap.
